A Sun Connect Solar package is a solar system, with or without a battery, sized from your power bills and installed by our own SAA-accredited electricians. The sizes on this page are examples. The federal rebates are built into every design.

What is included in a solar power package?
Solar panels (AIKO or Jinko), an inverter, mounting, installation by our own electricians, app monitoring, the grid application and the rebate paperwork. A battery can be added: Sigenergy (premium), GoodWe (mid-tier), Sungrow, Solax or Tesla.
What is in a Sigenergy solar and battery package?
Solar panels, a Sigenergy SigenStor battery with its hybrid inverter, a Gateway for whole-home blackout backup (unless you ask us to leave circuits out), app monitoring, and our installation. The battery carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty and our installation work carries a 25-year workmanship warranty.
How much does a solar power package cost?
Typical systems start from $7,200 after rebates for 6.6 kW of solar only, $12,500 for 6.6 kW of solar with a 16 kWh GoodWe battery, $14,700 with an 18 kWh Sigenergy battery, and $8,500 to add a 16 kWh GoodWe battery to existing solar. Prices include GST and the rebates are estimated. We size every system from your actual power bills, so your own price is confirmed after a free energy assessment and our site visit.

Do you have no-money-down options?
Yes, for many homes. The NSW Home Energy Saver program offers a 0% interest loan of up to $15,000 for solar and batteries through Brighte, over up to 10 years, with the rebates taken off first. With the loan there is no deposit; if you pay with your own money the deposit is 10%. Loans by Brighte. Eligibility and lender approval apply.
What are the NSW 0% loan repayments?
At 0% p.a. (comparison rate 0% p.a.) the repayment is the amount divided by the months: $10,000 over 5 years is $166.67 a month and over 10 years $83.33 a month; $15,000 over 5 years is $250 a month and over 10 years $125 a month. Loans by Brighte. Eligibility and lender approval apply.
