Add a battery: two price points
Most of the home systems we design now include a battery. We offer two battery options so you can get the outcome you need: Sigenergy is our premium option, and GoodWe is a mid-tier option that is still very high quality. We also install Sungrow, Solax and Tesla. A typical install gives you full home blackout backup, running all circuits unless you ask us to leave some out. See battery sizing and home battery installation.
A site visit before every install
We don’t quote remotely and leave the rest to install day. Before every install we visit your home face to face. We check where the battery can go compliantly, assess your switchboard (including any RCBO upgrade needed to meet current safety standards) and make sure you are happy, so there are no hidden surprises or extra costs on the day. Install is usually one day, and we handle the grid application and the rebate paperwork. See how it works.
Rebates built into every design
We build the federal Cheaper Home Batteries rebate and the solar STC rebate into every design, take them off at the point of sale and do the paperwork. Both step down over time: solar STCs drop every January, and the battery rebate steps down on 1 January 2027 and again on 1 July 2027, set by your install date. See your rebates, how the solar STC rebate works and who qualifies for the battery rebate.

Paying for it: the NSW 0% loan
Eligible NSW homeowners can use the NSW Government’s Home Energy Saver 0% interest loan of up to $15,000 for solar and batteries, over up to 10 years, with the rebates taken off first. With the rebates and the loan, many of our customers get solar and a battery with no money down, and the repayments are often offset by their power bill savings. See how the NSW 0% loan works.
Loans by Brighte. Eligibility and lender approval apply.
Where we install home solar

Home solar FAQs
How big a solar system do I need?
It depends on how much power you use and when you use it. We size every system from one or two of your recent power bills, so it matches your real usage rather than a generic package.
Can I add a battery later?
Yes. If you start with solar only, we can design the system to be battery-ready so a battery can be added later.
Can solar go on any roof?
Most roofs, yes. We check the roof type, pitch and shading before we design the system.
How long does a home solar install take?
Usually one day, with our own electricians on site. Grid connection typically follows 1 to 3 weeks after, and we handle the grid application for you.
Do I need council approval for solar?
Most homes don’t. We check for your home and manage any permits that are needed.
