Refer a friend or neighbour

Most of our work in the Northern Rivers comes from people who already have one of our systems telling a mate, a neighbour or family. If you know someone sizing up solar or a home battery, we would be grateful for the introduction, and we will look after them the same way we looked after you: our own electricians, a face-to-face site visit before install day, the federal battery rebate and solar STCs built in, and a 25-year workmanship warranty.

How to refer someone

• Text us on 0483 903 020 with their first name and mobile (ask them first), or

• Give them our number, 0483 903 020, and tell them to mention you.

We text them within minutes during business hours to arrange a free energy assessment from their last power bills and a call with our head electrician. No pushy sales calls, and they can say no at any point.

Our thank-you

When the person you refer has their system installed and paid for, we send you a $250 gift card from a local Northern Rivers business as our thank-you. Your friend gets the same careful job and the same local service you did. We do not offer money for reviews or ask for a review in return, and we do not gate reviews: anyone can tell us, or Google, exactly what they think.

What your friend can expect

• A free energy assessment from one or two recent power bills, so the system is sized to their real usage.
• A phone call with our head electrician, then a custom design and proposal.
• A face-to-face site visit before install day: battery position, switchboard and RCBO check, no surprises on the day.
• Our own electricians on site; the install normally takes a day, with grid connection and monitoring set up by us.
• Rebates handled by us. Many households also use the NSW 0% interest-free loan. Loans by Brighte. Eligibility and lender approval apply.

Questions

Is there a reward for referring someone?

Yes. When someone you refer has their system installed and paid for, we send you a $250 gift card from a local Northern Rivers business. One gift card per new customer referred, and they need to mention you when they first contact us (or you text us their name first). It is a thank-you for the referral only: we never pay for reviews or ask for one in exchange for anything.

Who can I refer?

Anyone in the Northern Rivers (Tweed Heads to Evans Head and across to Lismore) thinking about solar, a home battery, adding a battery to existing solar, an EV charger or commercial solar. We work in the Northern Rivers only.

What happens after I send their details?

Our team texts them to arrange a free energy assessment from their power bills and a phone call with our head electrician. No pressure: if the numbers do not stack up for them, we say so.
